Food Hygiene (Level 2)
By Law, all food handlers in the UK must have an understanding of basic Food Hygiene, and know how to work safely to protect the food they serve from contamination.
This course provides learners with up-to-date information using a range of written text, interactive exercises and video content, to ensure learners comprehend their food safety responsibilities.
Training is 'classroom' delivery, by a Qualified Trainer/Assessor. The course is 4 hrs in duration, (10am-2pm) and is Certificated. Certificates are valid for 3 years. Assessment of learning will be via Trainer observation, and also a 'multiple choice' question sheet, at the end of the session.

The 4 C's of food Hygiene (cooking, cleaning, chilling, cross-contamination)
Certification can be used as evidence for CPD requirements, and to comply with Audit and Compliance requirements.
